NUTRITION

HYDRATE - To ensure that you are adequately hydrated do not wait until race day to drink water. You should be hydrating daily for optimal performance.


EAT – Food is your fuel to perform. In the days leading up to your race you should be eating whole wheat pastas, long grain brown rice, veggies, and some fruits. On race day bring some healthy snacks such as energy bars, carrots, and bananas as they are easier to digest and provide energy.
